intro to neurographic art

Draw lines on the page, soften the connections, add shapes and color! It really is that simple but has really lovely calming results.

“I've been using neurotrophic art to manage fatigue, brain fog, and stress with impressive results!” –Jennifer

Supplies provided in the Art Womb. Suggested supplies for those joining on Zoom: paper, pencil or marker, (oil based marker like sharpie if you’re using watercolors or other paints), paints or colored pencils or media of your choice to lay down color. I like to use a circle template which you can substitute circular, traceable items for.

Featured art are originals by Rev. Stacy Boorn.
