Full Moon Drum Circle and Witchiness

The Frost Moon , or beaver moon,, is named for the timing of the first hard frost- or, as the case may be, refers to beavers building their dams by the light of the moon.

Drumming and ritual. All genders welcome. Bring your own drum/instruments BUT some drums are available. In person in the herchurch sanctuary.

Proof of vaccination required.

Drum pictured is a djembe. This goblet-shaped drum is traditionally carved from a single piece of African hardwood and topped with an animal skin as a drumhead. In western understanding, the drum belongs to the membranophone class of instruments in the percussion family. They are called membranophones because sound is created by vibration of membrane stretched tight.
